My wife and I collected our Hyundai Tucson on Monday 15th July, after leaving a deposit a week earlier. we were collected from the local station (Treforest estate) by Tim who was being very jovial on a horrible wet day. After we arrived we met Nick another jovial guy, who did all the final paperwork etc . Tim makes a decent cuppa, the overall experience of purchasing a car was brilliant , I wish I had known this company was there sooner as we had only just purchased a vehicle for my wife locally to us . I would definitely buy again from these guys .10/10

Cannot recommend Nick and Tim enough, I bought my Mercedes A200 a few weeks ago and from the moment I first spoke to them, they were very accommodating, helpful and there was no pressure. From the first viewing of the car, to the test drive and sale they were fantastic, after a few hiccups on my end they were still very helpful and even stayed a little later than usual for me so I could collect my car after traveling back from the South of England.

My car was exactly as described if anything it was better, they made sure all my concerns and minor snags were sorted on the spot.

I was offered transport to pick up my new car. Guys went beyond to make sure car is mine. Mercedes is still gorgeous and drives well, there obviously was some needed repairs but it's been used for a year.
There were few issues but been dealt with after I've addressed them
Wanted to properly test car before giving opinion it took me a year but here we are. I can sleep peacefully now, knowing that I finally done this feedback.

Thanks Nick for an outstanding service. I bought the car blind due to illness in the family and Nick was a huge help from start to finish. A video was taken to go over the car, and all questions answered promptly, delivery was all arranged and Nick even ensured that the car had half a tank of fuel as I live in a remote location. I have to say this has been the best car sales garage I've been in. We bought a Vauxhall Corsa from the boys at auto trade from beginning to end our experience has been 5star Jimmy and Conal are stand up gents and looked after us through the whole process , me and the wife cannot recommend them highly enough and their mechanic Simon is at the top of his game. If your looking to buy a second hand motor or need an repairs doing we cannot recommend these guys enough , it's very rare to find straight up honest guys but you won't go wrong at the Auto Range Trade Centre 5 stars from us

The lads are polite, happy to answer any question and I didn't feel obliged to purchase the motor as there was no pressure at all.

We had one minor issue with key fobs which they sorted at their expense and they did a service and new MOT, so we're happy with our purchase. Thanks to the team!

I shopped around quite a bit trying to make the right choice and knowing it's not possible to be 100% certain with any used item, least of all something as complicated as a car.
Nobody else compared to the friendly and professional service at Auto Range. Their cars all looked fantastic, there was an excellent selection of mid sized cars that looked good and were ready to go straight away or very quickly. The prices were competitive and a good part exchange was offered.
The car I chose got new brakes, new tyres and an MOT and was outside my house in 48 hours. The entire process was straightforward and relaxed. I'm happy with my choice two weeks on and confident that if I have any issues the dealership will be there to help.

Excellent customer service, as I work in customer service I am used to delivering high standards of service and was a breath of fresh air when I received the same. Everything was explained easily and I wasn't pressured into making any payment or to buy the car. They even picked me up from my place of work when it was pouring with rain and made sure I was happy to go ahead with the purchase. Friendly and informative sales persons which is very nice to see. The gentleman who dealt with my perchace was called Tim and I can't fault any part of his service. Very happy with the car and couldn't be happier with the service i recieved thank you all so much for making the experience easy and stress free.

Had some serious car troubles where I was left without a car , I live in ponty and work in Cardiff so not having a car was just not possible for me , I phoned up and spoke to Tim and explained the problem , he went above and beyond sorting out the finance for my car at such short notice , nothing was to much effort and the service I received was flawless , highly recommend Tim to anyone I speak to he really is there to help you , an absolute asset to the company , I don't know what your paying him but either way get this man a pay rise!

We would like to thank Tim and Mike for everything they did for us and making the experience of buying this car as a surprise for my niece's 17th Birthday an absolute pleasure. When we first saw the car, the alloy wheels were quite badly marked but when we picked it up, the wheels had been reconditioned and were like new. They also also kept the car for us until we were ready to pick it up. Nothing was too much trouble for them. There were lots of tears when she saw it and she is absolutely thrilled. We cannot thank them enough.

Picked up a lovely Ford kuga yesterday. It's only been 24rs but I love the car. The guys where really great to deal with and sorted all the little things we spotted when we came to view the car. all at there expense. I found Auto Range while searching for a Toyota Yaris online and was pleasantly surprised to find they were only a few miles away. When I saw the car it was immaculate, the staff were very professional and friendly and I was offered a good price to part exchange my old car. The sale went like a dream, the transfer of ownership of both cars was carried out online and took only minutes, they even helped to tax my car while I was there.
After driving the car for a few weeks, I found that the back brakes were sticking, I spoke to Mark on the phone and he couldn't do enough to help. The car was booked in the very next day and was ready in the afternoon, with the brakes repaired and all new discs and pads, all covered by the 3 month warranty, fantastic.
I am over the moon with the car and the service and aftercare provided by Auto Range has been second to none. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

We purchased a vehicle a few weeks ago from here. Our first experience of buying away from a main dealership. The guys were lovely and made the process easy. A few weeks into driving and the vehicle had an issue. Within a few days of contacting them our vehicle was collected and a courtesy car supplied. We have had our vehicle back with the issue completely rectified. They also offer the option to purchase extended warranties.
